Chestnut & Beet Salad

You Will Need:

2 big beets, 1 big carrot, 1/2 cup of crushed chestnuts, some fresh coriander, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

Peel and grate roughly the fresh beets and the carrot. Chop finely the coriander and mix all the following ingredients.

Sweet Onions Side-Dish

You Will Need:

1 large white onion, 1 tbsp of sweet smoked paprika powder, 2 tsp of grape-seed oil, some basil and some salt.

Mix well all the ingredients together and make sure you divide very well the onion layers as it is important to make every layers tasty.

Bake at 300 degrees in a covered dish for 20 minutes. This is a really enjoyable side dish for any hot meal.

1/2 cup of Texturized Vegetable Protein(TVP), 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp of Salba seeds, 2 tbsp of pure cacao powder, 3/4 cup of chocolate almond milk.

Blend everything together and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes in a square pan.

No SUGAR! Full of Protein and Good Carbohydrates for sustained energy.

Mediterranean Salad

2 Servings of  Calories:240   Protein: 7 grams

You Will Need:

1/2 of a medium size green pepper, 1 medium tomato, 4 leafs of Boston lettuce and 4 leafs of iceberg lettuce, 1 small white onion, 1/2 cup of mixed beans, 1 tbsp of red wine, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of grape seed oil, 1 pinch of sundried tomatoes, 1 pinch of coriander and 1 pinch of salt.

Roughly chop the salad leafs; cut in squares the tomato , onion and green pepper. Add the beans.

In a separate small bowl: Mix the oils with the wine and spices and then pour on the salad.

Chocolate & Coconut Soft bakes!

You Will Need:
1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup of water,30 grams of Vital wheat gluten, 60 grams of quick oats, 2 tsp of flax seed oil, 2 tbsp of cacao powder, 2 tsp of organic raw sugar and a cooking pate

Mix the steamed ingredients together really well. Heat the oven at 295 degrees and bake the cookies for 35 minutes.

Zucchini Patties

Zucchini Patties

4 patties    Calories: 300     Protein:  17 grams

You Will Need:

30 grams of cut oatmeal flakes, 1/3 cup of egg whites, 1 medium size zucchini, 1 tbsp of olive oil and some garlic powder and salt as desired.

Pre-cook the oatmeal, finely grate the zucchini, mix the both with egg whites, olive oil and spices and cook in a pre-heated pan for 3 minutes one size then the other and Enjoy!

Anecdote about this recipe: While doing the photo shoot for my zucchini patties, I play around with the camera and when I turned around my little Persian cat had eaten half of a patty!! I had to make some new patties to finish the photo shoot ! If a Persian Cat likes, they must be good. 😉





Ginger/Banana cookies!

Ginger/Banana cookies!

2 cookies    Each Calories: 195 Protein: 6 grams


You Will Need:

1 large banana, 1/2 cup milk or substitute, 45grams of barley flakes, 2-grams of grated ginger and 2 tsp of flax seed oil.

Soak the barley flakes in the milk until it is absorbed. Slice banana in small squares.

Mix all the ingredients and bake it at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the cookies are solid and a bit crispy of the edges.
