Immunity Booster

Calories: 70    Immunity support: 100%

You Will Need:

1 glass of cold green tea (keep a jar of real green tea in the refrigerator for those hot summer days), 1 lime, 1 tbsp of natural honey,  a handful of ice cubes and 5 mint leaves.

Dissolve in 1/2 cup of  warm water the honey (because in cold water it simply drops solid to the bottom). Pour the cup of cold tea in the blender, add the mint leaves, a handful of ice cubes and pour the dissolved honey. Blend for 30 seconds.  Squeeze and drop the pieces of lime into the beverage. Enjoy!
