You Will Need:

For the pancake: 2 free range eggs, 1/3 cup of stone ground buckwheat flour, 1/3 cup of either simply water or green tea and a tiny pinch of salt. Make sure to mix well, use a electric mixing device if needed. Pre-heat a pan and cook on eat side for about 2 minutes with a lid on top.

For the jam: 140 grams of 5 Fruit blend cut in smaller pieces, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of acai berry juice or your favorite pure juice. Mix together and cook in a small pot on low covered for 10 minutes, stirring now and then.

When everything is really, top off the pancake with the home made jam and enjoy it.

It is a extremely healthy and filling recipe to start off your day really well!





Zucchini Patties

Zucchini Patties

4 patties    Calories: 300     Protein:  17 grams

You Will Need:

30 grams of cut oatmeal flakes, 1/3 cup of egg whites, 1 medium size zucchini, 1 tbsp of olive oil and some garlic powder and salt as desired.

Pre-cook the oatmeal, finely grate the zucchini, mix the both with egg whites, olive oil and spices and cook in a pre-heated pan for 3 minutes one size then the other and Enjoy!

Anecdote about this recipe: While doing the photo shoot for my zucchini patties, I play around with the camera and when I turned around my little Persian cat had eaten half of a patty!! I had to make some new patties to finish the photo shoot ! If a Persian Cat likes, they must be good. 😉

Banana Pancakes

You Will Need:

1 large banana, 1/2 cup of egg whites.

Blend them together, pre-heat a pan and cook on low slightly covered, flip after 3-4 minutes and it’s ready to serve!

Cake: Almond-Carrot

You Will Need:

1 1/2 cup of quick oats, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 30 grams of sliced almonds, 3 medium size carrots, 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup of milk or substitute.

With a calorie-free spray, spray a square oven dish and preheat the oven at 300 degrees. Finely grate the carrots and mix the other ingredients, then add in the dish.  Let it bake for 45 minutes until cake becomes solid. S

Homemade Jam Sandwich

Homemade Jam Sandwich
2 servings     Calories: 200    Protein: 19grams


You Will Need:

2 piece of whole grain toast, 1 cup of egg whites, 1 1/2 cup of blueberries or other berry, 1 tbsp of honey.

Prepare the egg whites separately in a pan on medium heat. Take a small pot and put the blueberries in it along with the tbsp of honey, cover it for a few minutes and stir until they melt with the honey and become a jam-like texture.

To avoid getting the bread soft,  top of the toast with the egg whites first, then add the jam on top of the egg whites. Enjoy!





Fluffy Quiche

Fluffy Quiche Calories: 195 Protein: 31 grams You Will Need: 1 cup of egg whites, 2 tbsp of eggplant dip, 3 slices of sun dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup of mushrooms and 1/2 cup of milk or soy milk. Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees. Mix the egg whites with the eggplant dip first. Add the remaining ingredients. Spray a round oven-safe bowl with stick-free spray and pour in. Let it cook until the top of crispy. Enjoy!





Berries Fusion Oats

Berries Fusion Oats

Calories: 535 Protein: 16grams

You Will Need:

1/2 cup of uncut oats, 1/2 cup of milk of your choice ( I used soy milk), 1 cup of berries, 1 banana cut in square pieces, 1 tsp of cinnamon and 15grams of hazelnuts.

Put first the oats, then pour the milk, add the banana squares, the berries, the hazelnuts and top it off with a teaspoon of cinnamon. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 5 minutes and enjoy!
