Papaya & Cranberry Smoothie

2 servings                  Calories: 175     Protein:5 grams

You Will Need:
200 grams of ripe papaya, 70 grams of cranberries, 1 cup of soy, 20 grams of sunflower seeds and 4 ice cubes.

Blend the papaya, cranberries and milk/soy together with the ice cubes. Top each serving with 10 grams of sunflower seeds.
