Potato & Almond Dish

You Will Need:
1 medium size potato (125 grams), 1 cup of mixed frozen vegetable such as diced carrots/green peas/corn, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 36 grams of diced almonds, garlic (powder or fresh), salt and pepper.
Peal the potato and then slice it in very thin pieces. Unfreeze the cup of mixed vegetables. Mix the almond milk with the spices and the almonds. Them put all the ingredients together in a dish made for the oven. Cook it uncovered at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir it every 10 minutes so that it cooks evenly.
