Stuffed Bell Pepper with Fish & Basmati

You Will Need:
2 red bell peppers, 45 grams of steamed basmati rice, 125 gram of cooked fish (ex: tuna, sole), 1 chopped green onion, 1 tsp of olive oil and salt and pepper as desired.
Mix the steamed rice and fish with the spices and green onion. Pre-heat the oven at 325 degrees. Stuff the red bell pepper and cover them with their own top. Cook until you see the red bell pepper soften. Approximately 35 minutes.
