Roasted Soy Flakes with Yellow Zucchini

You Will Need:
60 grams of soy flakes, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 1 medium yellow zucchini, 1 small onion, 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil, 1/2 cup of water and preferred spices are some salt and lemon pepper.
In a pot, add 1/2 cup of water with the spices and the oil. Add the soy flakes and let them cook uncovered for a good 3-4 minutes on high so that they can absorb the water.
Meanwhile cut in the small squares the onion and in bigger squares the zucchini. Add the tomato sauce and the onions first, let them cook with the soy flakes for 2-3 minutes still uncovered and then add the zucchini for a 2-3 minutes on low and covered.
