You Will Need:
42 grams of couscous, 1 small yellow zucchini, 1 green onion, fresh parsley, 60 grams of mixed beans, 30 grams of baby corn, 2 tsp of olive oil, some salt and a lime.
In a rice cooker, steam the couscous with half a cup of water and the 2 tsp of olive oil, on top steam the sliced zucchini and green onion. When ready, let it cool down and add the parsley, beans, squeezed lime juice and baby corn. Salt if needed.
