You Will Need:
1 large banana, 1/2 cup milk or substitute, 45grams of barley flakes, 2-grams of grated ginger and 2 tsp of flax seed oil.
Soak the barley flakes in the milk until it is absorbed. Slice banana in small squares.
Mix all the ingredients and bake it at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the cookies are solid and a bit crispy of the edges.
