Fettuccini Meat-free sauce

Calories: 520     Protein: 22 grams

You Will Need:

56 grams brown rice Fettuccine pasta, 75 grams of organic Tofu, 1 green onion, 2 tsp of flaxseed oil and 1 cup of vegetable pasta sauce.

Meanwhile the pasta cooks, grate the tofu. Mix the sauce, green onion and tofu together and cook on low in a covered casserole for 5 minutes. Once everything is ready, add the flaxseed oil to the pasta and top it off with the meat-free sauce.
