Sweet Potato & Parsley Mash

You Will Need:
1 medium size sweet potato, 1/4 cup of soy or milk, 1/2 cup of parsley and some ginger (fresh or powder).
Bake the sweet potato for 50 minutes in the oven or boil it until it is soft. Then mash it adding the other ingredients and Enjoy!
