Cake: Almond-Carrot

4 servings    Calories: 222     Protein: 11 grams

You Will Need:

1 1/2 cup of quick oats, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 30 grams of sliced almonds, 3 medium size carrots, 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup of milk or substitute.

With a calorie-free spray, spray a square oven dish and preheat the oven at 300 degrees. Finely grate the carrots and mix the other ingredients, then add in the dish.  Let it bake for 45 minutes until cake becomes solid. S
