Baked Paprika Plantain
Calories: 300 Protein: 4 grams
You Will Need:
1 medium size plantain, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 pinch of paprika and tin foil.
Cut the plantain in the middle and add inside the tbsp of olive oil and the paprika. Wrap it in tin foil and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Add a side salad and it’s mouth watering !
