Almond-Mushroom Wild Rice

Calories: 426     Protein: 13 grams

You Will Need:

45 grams of wild rice, 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 small onion chopped to small pieces, 30 grams of sliced almonds and 1/4 cup of your favorite tomato sauce. Salt & pepper are optional.

To make things easier, steam the rice and on the top compartment steam the onion and mushrooms. Once it’s ready add in the sauce and the almonds.
