Homemade Jam Sandwich

You Will Need:

2 piece of whole grain toast, 1 cup of egg whites, 1 1/2 cup of blueberries or other berry, 1 tbsp of honey.

Prepare the egg whites separately in a pan on medium heat. Take a small pot and put the blueberries in it along with the tbsp of honey, cover it for a few minutes and stir until they melt with the honey and become a jam-like texture.

To avoid getting the bread soft,  top of the toast with the egg whites first, then add the jam on top of the egg whites. Enjoy!
