Salmon Hors D’Oeuvre

You Will Need:
1/3 tomato in 2 slices, 2 toasts piece of pumpernickel bread 45grams, 1/2 can of salmon, 1 small carrot, 1 head of green onion, 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise and some salt and pepper.
Grate the carrot, finely cut the green onions, rinse well the salmon. Mix it all together with the spices and tbsp of mayonnaise. Put the tomato slices on the toast and top it off with the salmon mix Enjoy!
