Okra/Chick Peas and Rice

You Will Need:
90 grams of rice, 1 can of chick peas, 2 onions, 2 cups of Okra, 1/2 cup of tomato juice, 2 tsp of olive oil and coriander/ garlic/ pepper for spices.
Steam the rice separately.
In a pre-heated pan, add the two tsp of olive oil and the 2 chopped onions. Bring them to a nice golden color. In a regular pot, add the tomato sauce, okra, chick peas, the cooked rice and cover on medium low for 20 minutes.
Then add the onion and serve. Enjoy!
