You Will Need:

1/2 cup of  milk or milk substitute product, 1/2 cup of  orange juice, 1/2 cup of cold water, 1 pinch of fresh or crushed mint and 3 ice cubes. Blend and Enjoy!

It has a very fluffy texture and it is extremely refreshing.
