Cinnamon Health Benefits

Based on scientific studies, as small as 1/2 a teaspoon a day has a positive effect on lowering LDL cholesterol levels. It also help in regulating blood sugar. It has an anti-clotting effect on the blood.
The volatile oil in cinnamon bark may also help the body to process food by breaking down fats during digestion. It’s a natural fat burner which I suggest you use instead of the chemically designed tablets created for this same purpose.

As you add cinnamon to food, it serves as a natural food preservative and  it inhibits bacterial growth and food spoilage.

Among other benefits of cinnamon you have: helps  Kill many disease-causing fungi and viruses, promotes a better memory, aids digestion and clear up urinary-tract infections.

I suggest you this spice as an alternative for sugar in baking, general cook and adding in shakes. It tastes great and is good for you!
