Sweet Potato and Barley Soup

You Will Need:
2 cups of water, 1 big sweet potato, 90 grams of barley, 2 tomatoes, half a leek, 1 cup of soy milk, 3 bay leaves, some dried dill spice, black pepper and garlic.
Cut all the vegetables into fine squares and cook it on low for 1 hour slightly uncovered.
