Oregano Wild Rice & Roasted Soy Nuts

2 servings      Calories: 313 Protein: 9 grams

You Will Need:

90 grams of wild rice, 1 tomato,  1 cup green onions, 2 tsp of olive oil, 30 grams of roasted soy nuts, 2 pinch of oregano/garlic and salt.

First steam the rice. When ready, pre-heat a pan, add the finely diced tomatoes,  rice, nuts, olive oil and spices. Cook until the rice has a more solid texture and the tomatoes have blended in. Add the fresh green onions last when the rest is already cooked and serve.
