Lunch: Asia on the tip of a Spatula

You Will Need:
1 can of lupini beans, 3 heads of bok choy, 1/2 a leek, 8 small colorful chopped carrots, 1/4 cup lemon juice, dried onions, crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tsp sesame oil.
Boil a casserole of water, first put the carrots for a minute, then add the green for one more minute. Put the lupini beans in a preheated pan with a bit of water at the bottom and add the vegetables on top. Add the sesame oil and lemon juice and cover the pan cooking on low for 1 minutes. Uncover for 1 more minute. Add the sesame seeds and spices.
