Blue Berry & Cinnamon French Toast

You Will Need:
2 toasts cut in half, 1 cup of egg-whites (one yolk optional), a handful of blueberries, 1 tsp of cinnamon
Shake the eggs and cinnamon together to mix, put the 4 pieces of toast in a circle in the pan, pour the eggs in, add the blueberries in the middle and put on medium/low heat… then flip over, cook and enjoy!
