Snack Or Lunch: Toast with Hummus

Calories: 410 Protein: 16grms

You Will Need:

2 whole grain toast or your preference, 3 tbsp of hummus, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 pinch of dehydrated onions, 1 pinch of garlic, 1/2 finely chopped tomato, 1/4 cup of baby spinach.

Mix the ingredients and put on toast! As easy as this!
