Dinner Idea: Tangerine Tofu & Kamut Pasta
You Will Need:
1/2 cup of orange juice, 200grms of extra firm tofu, chopped tomatoes, 3 green onions, 1 tangerine, kamut flour pasta (or any other of your liking).
Pour the orange juice on tofu squares and cook covered on Low Broil for 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta. When the tofu is ready and the pasta also, pour the juice from the tofu onto the pasta, tangerine, green onions and tomatoes and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add salt pepper or red pepper to taste
